Over the course of these four in-person classes, you’ll come to understand the sacred feminine mysteries that were handed down for generations and are now reemerging as women are being called to stand in their full power.
The day will start by building a deep connection with ourselves and each other. On a foundation of deep trust and respect, we will practice the following, unveiling layer by layer our feminine essence:

- Shame circle to release sexual shame. (This circle is very powerful, safe, and deeply healing).
- Discover sacred female anatomy and learn how it relates to your $$$$$$
